Down and Out

Friday/Saturday Update
     I was sick starting on Thursday night and carrying well over on to Saturday morning with what I think was the flu.  This, teamed up with my allergies, really had me taken down in a way that something hadn't done to me in years.  I was miserable to the point of not even being able to sleep at night with the combination of both.  The day was basically lost with me not being able to leave the house and sitting or lying down.

Today:
     Over the past few days I had what appears to be the flu.  I started to feel like I was getting sick starting on Saturday and it got progressively worse over that night and all throughout Sunday morning.  I hate not really being able to do anything when I really have nothing holding me back except for being ill.  I missed out on going out to the clubs with friends on Saturday, missed out on playing soccer during the day with some friends.  I was trapped inside my own house on a Sunday where I had nothing to really look forward to.  Thankfully now I'm feeling better and am up for doing more throughout the day.

Plane Tickets

     Why is it that when someone tries to buy a plane ticket, the price just doesn't seem reasonable?  It seems like during other dates the prices just seem cheaper or at the very least closer to what one might actually be willing to pay for.  It is almost like it is really unpredictable for someone to find out when plane tickets are going to rise in price making you almost regret wanting to travel or lower in price making it seem like traveling is the best thing to do.  Then once someone does find a cheap ticket, they realize that the price on the airlines website isn't really the true price of the ticket.  One has to take on taxes for the ticket and still add fees to it.  Or if someone goes to an agency they might not be able to really see a visual of what is available and what isn't.
